If you're passionate about leveraging data to influence business decisions and are excited to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, this is the role for you.**Key Responsibilities**- Analyze global ecommerce trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and challenges- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas of underperformance and recommending actionable improvements- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.- Consult with business leaders on a wide range of issues related to the strategy formulation process and related projects- Utilize data analytics and market research to generate actionable insights that drive strategy development.- Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of strategies.- Stay current with emerging trends and market developments to ensure HP remains at the forefront of the industry.**Must-Have Skills**- Solid technical skills, understanding of data & analysis to solve business problems with a detail - oriented mindset.- Ability to analyze and manipulate data using Excel.- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively collaborate with virtual teams.- Proficiency in PowerPoint to develop executive presentations.**Desired Knowledge/Skills**- Excellent analytical thinking and analysis skills- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities- Deep experience with Excel, Databases and related analytics tools- Experience with Data analysis and visualization skills using tools like Tableau, and Power BI to develop dashboards.- Knowledge of e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, and/or advanced analytics preferred- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.- Firm understanding of key Financial metrics.**Education/Experience Required**- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science.- 3+ years of work experience in data analysis, finance, or related field.
