**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
The Ecommerce Visual Assets Designer is responsible for supporting the creative versioning visual assets for PepsiCo to meet customer/consumer needs. Our Multimedia Content Art role is a specialist with a specific skillset centered around art direction and design. A successful art must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, ability to edit and manipulate creative, and will acquire liability for the development and creation of production ready graphics. You will also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions including ideation of consumer programs, long term campaigns, content creation and development.
**Your Impact**:
As Ecommerce Visual Assets Designer your functions would consist of
- Work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated.
- Produce creative content graphics and editing work with a clear rationale.
- Create compelling content visuals for desktop, electronic devices, web programs, smartphones, mobile platforms and apps.
- Genereate fresh, new and innovative art graphics within brand and design standards to support B2B channel,
- Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for: Banner Ads, Hero Images, Social Media Posts, GIFs, HTML Banner Ads, Digital Ads (animated and statics), among others.
- Ability to build graphic and print designs and concepts when needed.
- Determine how best to represent a brand concept visually, specifically regarding art / graphic design.
- Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely.
- Have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team.
- Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends.
- Present designs to clients for approval
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- ** Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, interactive design, etc.)**
**Experience**
- ** +1 years of agency creative experience in creative, art / graphic design**:
- ** Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or above**:
- ** Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments**:
- ** An online portfolio showing a variety of digitial, multi-platform, standout work is a MUST. (Attached in the CV as link)**:
- Intermediate English
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to brainstorm in large groups and develop big promotional ideas from beginning to end
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote
