The Site Management team is seeking an Ecosystem Engagement Student with strong organizational skills and exquisite attention to detail, to provide support structuring and documenting several processes for the Operations Team and the overall Intel Guadalajara Design Center.You will be supporting different programs and initiatives for the site, including performing various administrative and project-related activities in support of Intel GDC (Guadalajara Design Center) and its collaboration with the ecosystem.- Enthusiasm and communicate clearly at all levels.- Outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills.- Strong team player.- Strong accuracy and attention to details in managing busy schedules and taking the initiative to manage logistics.**Qualifications**Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.Minimum Qualifications:- 6+ months of administrative experience and/or project management.- 6+ months of management experience (including effective planning, organizing and stakeholder management).- Advanced English (written/spoken)- 1+ years of experience in Windows PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.Preferred Qualifications:- Fundamentals in Teams and SharePoint.**Inside this Business Group**In the Design Engineering Group (DEG), we take pride in developing the best-in-class SOCs, Cores, and IPs that power Intel's products.
