**Misión del cargo**:
The EDI Support Specialist will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting EDI systems and interfaces

**Responsibilities**:
Troubleshooting and resolving EDI issues, including data mapping errors, system downtime, and connectivity issues
Monitoring and analyzing EDI data to identify patterns or trends that may indicate potential issues or areas for improvement.
Providing training and support to users on how to use EDI systems and interfaces, as well as troubleshooting any issues that users may encounter
Working closely with IT and other departments to ensure that EDI systems are properly integrated with other business systems and that data is flowing smoothly between all systems.
Staying informed about industry standards and best practices and making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Supporting the implementation of new EDI projects, processes, and procedures.
Communicating with customers and vendors to ensure that the EDI systems are meeting their needs and to resolve any issues that may arise.
**Requirements**:
3+ years of experience in EDI
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of EDI standards and protocols (e.g.
ANSI X12, VDA, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS)
Must be fluent in English language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
