- Execution of the BET/BEV3 EDUs.

- Develop plan & conduct equipment validation and PPAP with the Launch team.
- Develop and lead the PPAP review meetings in area of responsibility utilizing the PPAP checklist, capturing exceptions.
- Lead the lessons learned gathering activity and feedback the information to the central process team for BOE/BOP updates
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the Launch Deliverables to the final customer
- Closure of all ME open issues for Launch Deliverables
- Works closely with multi-disciplined teams to understand functional requirements, contribute to generation of innovative ideas, develop project plans and implement appropriate solutions
- Communicates information to internal customers, quickly finds common ground with peers and solves problems for the good of the business

The scrum team, also known as developmental teams, are the cross functional individuals necessary to complete the work within a sprint.
The individuals are self-organizing members that choose how best to accomplish the work within the sprints.
Team Members are not additional resources for customers and stakeholders; if additional tasks arise, review it first with the product owner.

- TM understand their "unplanned" work and commit to additional tasks based on what they can accomplish within the week.
- TM are accountable for the work they commit to and need to speak up if additional help is needed, or if they forecast that they will not complete the work within the sprint.

This helps grow teamwork and view to balance workload.
**Lead the Daily Check-ins**
- Daily Check-ins are by the team for the team (team needs to understand what will add value to the team during the check in).
- Each team member discusses their own progress (Should not be a report out).
- Team decides what time/frequency works best to have the check-in.
**Update the Team Board**
- Empower each other to organize and manage their own work.
- Each team member is responsible to make sure the board reflects the planned work for the team.
- Decide, as a team, if a sprint goal is necessary.
**Participate in Sprint Retrospectives**
- Each team member should participate in the retrospectives to identify areas of opportunity to improve the team's progression.
- Opportunity for team members to give and receive feedback regarding people, relationships, process & artifacts.
- It is up to the team to not only identify areas of opportunities to improve but also the solution of how the team will fix it.
If necessary, escalate.
- The team should discuss what is working and what is not working as a team in general, not only the agile portion.
