Is God calling you to assist the leadership in Mozambique to train pastors and leaders by coordinating the training center?
This missionary will help to develop and lead the pastoral and leadership training center in order to equip pastors and lay people to serve the church with skill and passion.
Background:
Due to the tremendous growth that the church is experiencing in Mozambique, specifically in the northern region, more than 79% of churches are led by lay pastors.
Education becomes a challenge due to the lack of schools in the region. Up to date, the church in Mozambique has one seminary that delivers theology at diploma level and it is situated in Maputo in the southern region of the country.
Education for pastors and leaders in Mozambique takes the highest priority, thus the reason why the church started to build a pastoral and leadership training center with the goal of training pastors in the northern region of Mozambique.
This ministry will help fill both field and regional needs for more equipped leaders. It will be a great advantage if the spouse is skilled in administration and can take care of all management and administration aspects in the training center. The missionary will also help develop a maintenance plan to ensure local people are able to manage the training center in the future.
