**Job Objective**
- Lead the institution's sales division, spearheading revenue growth, and directing sales strategies.
This role is pivotal in establishing and attaining sales objectives, nurturing client connections, and broadening the college's market footprint.
**Key responsibilities**
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Identify and cultivate prospective clients and partnerships to expand World College of Business's reach and market presence.
- REVENUE GENERATION: Achieve and surpass revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
- TEAM LEADERSHIP: Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- STRATEGIC PLANNING: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with the institution's growth objectives and market trends.
- MARKET ANALYSIS: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and competitive positioning for World College of Business.
- CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- PERFORMANCE MONITORING: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
**Salary**
- Ranged from $46,000 MXN, depending on experience and skills, with variable salary of additional $46,000 depending on the perfomance

**Experience**
- Over 10 years of experience in the education industry, with a proven track record.
- More than 10 years of experience in consulting as a sales manager or director.
- Over 5 years of leadership experience in a managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and consistently meeting revenue targets.
**Required formal education**
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are often preferred

**Required knowledge and skills**
- Comprehensive understanding of sales principles and practices, particularly in executive education and business training.
- Proven expertise in the field of executive and continuos education.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions tailored to client needs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of WCB's offerings and build strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking capabilities to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making tools to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Leadership skills to inspire and effectively manage sales teams, as well as lead change initiatives within the organization.
- In-depth understanding of industry trends and best practices in executive education and business training to stay ahead of the competition and position WCB as a leader in the field.
