As an **EESE Ford Champ **you would be working in Electric and Electronic Hardware for Body Controls.
**What you´ll need**:
- Engineering Degree in progress, active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Electrical, Electronic, Systems, Mechanical - Electrical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, Engineering
- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in cross-function team environment.
- General knowledge of vehicle functions, electronic and/or vehicle systems
- Basic knowledge of materials properties and production process.
- Excellent organization, communication, time/program management and presentation skills.
- Electrical-mechanical background as these commodities have electrical and mechanical interface.
- Attitude to learn and teamwork.
- Working knowledge of Engineering disciplines (P-diagram, DFMEA, DVP&R, etc.).
- A comprehensive understanding of electrical Subsystem Design Specifications
**What you´ll do**:
- Key interface between the Core Electronic Systems team and the vehicle program teams to ensure all deliverables are met for each program milestone.
- Work with suppliers and Vehicle Architecture engineers to package different ECUs (CIM, DC/AC, ITRM, USB, TRM, AVAS, Horn, BBS, etc.) in vehicle environment.
- Manage VSEM, Teamcenter, FEDE, JIRA, AIMS, QED, WERS and Control Tech
- Lead supplier teams to support all builds with parts, CRs, and alerts. Support all program builds, lead vehicle level validation testing, and lead team to resolve issues.
- Review existing benchmarking data and obtains new data as required to assure best possible design and cost at J1
- Contribute to corporate and department TVM (Total Value Management) and quality objectives.
