Bachelor's Degree- 2+ years of supply chain experience- 2+ years of progressive responsibility in program management- 2+ years of driving process improvements- Experience communicating results to senior leadership- Experience in stakeholder management- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment- Excellent English & Spanish written and verbal communication skills- Strong presentation and negotiation skills- Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) at an advanced level and SQL- Strong leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations.Key job responsibilities- Manage diverse seller programs expansion, performance, configuration and speed strategy- Remove supply chain network blockers to enable projects feasibility- Continuously propose disruptive ideas to improve pickup programs performance- Ensure that you and the Team remain customer obsessed- Ability to communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and operations teams, and capacity to write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary- Optimize cross-team previously defined processes.
