Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- 2+ years of progressive responsibility in program management
- 2+ years of driving process improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Excellent English & Spanish written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) at an advanced level and SQL
- Strong leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage diverse seller programs expansion, performance, configuration and speed strategy
- Remove supply chain network blockers to enable projects feasibility
- Continuously propose disruptive ideas to improve pickup programs performance
- Ensure that you and the Team remain customer obsessed
- Ability to communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and operations teams, and capacity to write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary
- Optimize cross-team previously defined processes. Creating and implementing improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers
- Facilitates progress, identifies blockers and communicates across various stakeholders towards the alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard.
- Deployment to various geographies within Mexico in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions.
- Previous Experience on Sellers or Pick Up programs.
