**Join our Team**:**About this opportunity**:We are now looking for a management systems coordinator for Quality, Safety and Environment (ISO 9001:2015, 45001:2018 and 14001:2015). You will be responsible for the implementation of the systems and assure constant updating and compliance with the EGMS (Ericsson Global Management System). In this role, you will ensure the plant aligns with the standards ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and desirable ISO 27001, and internal requirements; complain with internal and external audits, responsible for ensuring accurate execution of EGMS.**What you will do**:- Refresh management systems quality, safety, and environment.- Coordinate internal and external audits.- Coordinate management reviews.- Tracking of the implementation of corrective actions.- Connection between the plant and the management team from Europe.- Implement cross audits with other plants from the Ericsson group.**You will bring**:- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.- Experience: 1- 2 years as a systems coordinator and experience with internal and external audits.- Knowledge: Standards ISO 9001:2015, 45001:2018, 14001:2015 and desirable ISO 27001:2013.- Language: B2.- Skills: Lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015.- Abilities: Critical thinking, results oriented, relationship and influence.- Other that might be considered: Specialization in quality, safety or environment.**Additional Requirements**:- Encourage and connect with the people to refresh the systems at site.- Challenge routines and update management systems.- Implement action plans.**Why join Ericsson?**:At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
