Work with our Operations team and play a critical role in achieving Bright's goals by aligning the Operations team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for following up on technical visits efficiently: reviewing, evaluating, and properly channeling all reports received from installers and solar engineers and generating diagnoses in accordance with system monitoring. The Operations and Maintenance Analyst must be creative and organized, able to analyze the information in the reports to detect areas for improvement and preventive solutions.Tareas**Your tasks and responsibilities will be**:- Time management / Organization:- Ensure Operations and Maintenance tickets are solved on the established time.- Operational oversight:- Monitor the performance of solar energy systems and identify potential issues through data analysis.- Ensure on-site operations are carried out under Bright's standards by giving technical support to our third-party installers.- Communication:- Act as the primary point of contact between Bright and third-party installers to give assessments, request quotations, negotiate expenses, etc.- Send out reports and analyses with concise explanations of the performance of a system and give clear next steps to ensure proper follow-up.**Requisitos**:**We're looking for someone who**:- Is an engineer with more than a year of experience in the photovoltaic industry.- Is comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.- Has the following skills:- Is proactive and very detail-oriented.- Propose improvements and solutions by analyzing an internal process or a photovoltaic system with a functionality issue.- Is organized and metrics-driven.- Knows how to prioritize and adequately execute tasks according to the urgency and context of the issue.- Has the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.- Acclaimed ability to share reports, analysis, and recommendations in a client-focused language.- Has great spatial perception skills.- Proposes accurate electrical and structural arrangements based on pictures and written reports.- Is creative solving of technical problems
