**What your background should look like**:**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field.- 5+ years' experience in an EHS role or in a supporting role within an EHS team, Internal Safety program/campaign or other closely related positions supporting a Safety/EHS team.**Responsibilities**:- Compilation and reporting of EHS performance data using a variety of techniques ranging from simple data aggregation to importing data from a variety of global sources.- Provide analytics, support, processing, and distribution on leading and lagging KPIs.- Collect, organize, monitor, and evaluate operational and performance data through automated reporting and regular communication.- Perform data analysis to determine current performance and forecast future performance. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and other required analyses on EHS activity.- Attend regular meetings with the BU EHS team, record notes and follow-up on key issues. Assist BU EHS team with special projects and initiatives and provide status reports as required.- Perform other duties to support business needs.**Key Requirements**- Excellent qualitative and quantitative abilities as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.G., Excel) to perform calculations, create pivot tables, use financial and logical formulas, visualize data, and organize and format for presentation.- Able to maintain relationships with multiple EHS teams in collaboration to gather and track progress and status on EHS initiatives.- Highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Location: HermosilloRequired to travel: NoneOnsite**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
