**Your Job**
Prevent safety, health and environmental risks through the coordination of activities, production processes / contractors and always under the framework of the PBM philosophy and legal compliance.

**Our Team**
- Establishes different initiatives to motivate staff to take care of their own safety and that of their colleagues and facilities.
- Implement activities that contribute to minimizing negative impacts on the environment, through production processes.
- Create a safety culture, where we are all responsible for participating in complying with established procedures. And define strategies and goals to reduce incidents.

**What You Will Do**
- Staff coordination Establish our own Safety, Health and Environment System.
- Be a leader by ensuring legal compliance in matters of safety, health and the environment.
- Coordinate Asset Security activities
- Maintain the Clean Industry and ISO 14001:2015 certification.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Previous experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment
- Experience on a similar role.
- English Professional Proficiency

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Chemical, environmental or similar degree.
- Contribution motivated
