Learn more at www.Averydennison.Com.Job DescriptionIn this position you will be responsible for carrying out safety, health and environmental program supervision activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, municipal and corporate legal requirements.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Implements Company EHS programs and develops facility specific procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory and Company requirements.May participate in development of EHS program components: operational procedure, work instructions, training material, standards, etc.Integration of Company and facility level EHS management systems to maintain compliance, environmental protection and safe operating conditions.Reporting & DocumentationRequirements include integration of environmental, health and safety management systems with engineering and program documentation and schedules to maintain regulatory compliance and safe operating conditions.Reduce liability within a facility and ensure all safety and environmental recommendations are completed and documented.Compile process safety information for each covered process and keep it readily accessible to process employees and management as well as updated on an annual basis.Use a structured processes scorecard to measure and communicate Safety/Environmental performance with both leading results and indicators.Track and regularly report the status of regulatory compliance and improvement initiatives.Maintain all governmental and corporate database records.Training, Resource & CounselOrganize and control the EH&S functions of the site to ensure that an effective accident prevention program is maintained, that appropriate measures are taken to comply with Corporate.Ensure that the company stays in compliance with company & client policies and procedures as well as federal and state laws
