Join us.**Job Description**:The EHS Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the projects and productions are full compliance with local, state, federal regulations and NBCU's Environmental, Health & Safety program.**Responsibilities**- Assists in the implementation of the EHS programs aimed at reducing injury and illness rates, enhancing communication in the workforce and ensuring regulatory compliance- Collects and inputs data pertaining to employees, talent man hours and verifies accuracy- Conducts on-going collection, review and trend analysis of the production's injuries and illness data- Coordinates and assists with safety committee meetings, production safety meetings, trainings, orientations, and set medic procurement- Assists with the evaluation and selection of Personal Protective Equipment- Participates in Incident and Accident Investigations to determine root-cause and ensure identified issues are addressed- Assists management and operating teams on site assessments to verify compliance with local, state, federal and NBCU requirements in stages, building, and on-location- Assists with the evaluation of the Health & Safety Framework work plan on an annual basis, including third party audits- Interfaces effectively with outside agencies, vendors, and all levels of employees as directed by EHS Manager- Maintain accurate records- Follows policies, applicable laws, and regulations to protect his/her own health and safety as well as that of other workers, the public, and the environment- Presents ideas that support EHS goals and policies to your business or EHS leader- Raises concerns about possible violations of EHS policies to your manager, business and EHS Leader- Works under the direct supervision of the EHS Manager and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor**Qualifications**:**Basic Qualifications**- Minimum 3 years of experience in Motion Picture, Television or Entertainment Industry and/or Environmental, Health and Safety- Must be able to perform physical activities required of this position which includes, but is not limited to, climbing, lifting, balancing stooping, and handling of materials
