**Main Activities**:
- Create, promote, meet and supervise policies, best practices and safety procedures in the Company.
- Coordinate the integration of the Emergency Brigades, train all members adequately in accordance with legal requirements, coordinate drills with all employees, coordinate the preparation of the contingency plan and keep the plan updated.
- Support on-site operations in the event of an emergency.
- Conduct EHS incident/accident investigations and provides corrective/preventive actions.
- Provide advice and training of EHS requirements to all employees.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of the Emergency Plan to cover potential contingencies that might compromise the health, safety and environment.
Identify in a timely manner any risk situations that might affect employees, property and/or the environment.
- In coordination with medical services establish actions to ensure the health of all employees according to mexican law.
- Coordinate the development of educational campaigns about aspects of EHS.
- Coordinate internal/external audits in order to ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
- Coordinate the ergonomics plan and its implementation.
- Coordinate a waste management plan.
- Manage the creation, updating and maintenance of all the documentation related to EHS.
- Coordinate security guards, medical services and cleanning services
**Experience** **and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 4+ Years experience as EHS Coordinator/Supervisor in manufacturing environment.
- Strong Knowledge of Mexican law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient English level
- Strong knowledge about certifications as ISO 14001, ISO 45001
