.:Responsible for developing programs and processes concerning Occupational Safety and Health, Environment, Property Security, Training and Organization Development. Coordination with Supervisors, Contractors and general employees to ensure compliance with the BorgWarner World Class standards**Responsibilities**:- Lead on the design and development of procedures involving BW staff to reduce incidents, accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses and reduce environmental impact.- Promotes awareness of Health, Environmental, and Safety in the Organization through communication and training of employees.- Develop, coordinate, and execute training programs on Safety, Hygiene, Emergency Response, Legal requirements, hazardous materials, environmental, and other related topics.- Ensure that programs meet or exceed the legal requirements of STPS, SEMARNAT, and other requirements through training, auditing, and implementation of corrective actions to promote continuous improvement.- Auditor Leader of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.- Team Leader in inspections, risk analysis, ergonomic assessments, minimization of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, Environmental Management System ISO 14001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001.- Provides support and leads the multifunctional team in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and occupational illnesses, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.- Lead, provide, and ensure the compliance Policy of the facility in terms of Safety, Health, and Environment.- Responsible for Internal and external communication on issues of environment, security, safety, and occupational health.- STOP production when it represents a risk for employees, safety, health, and/or environment.- Create an empowerment culture for all BW employees to STOP an operation, when it represents a risk of Safety, Health, and/or Environment issues.- Resources Management (human, financial, material, equipment, tools, and other inputs) necessary for the implementation and operation of the Systems.- Ensure new projects, their execution, and startup comply with the requirements and policies in matters of Safety, Health, and Environment (MOC).- Observe and ensure all personnel, contractors (when applicable), know and observe the safety, health, and environmental measures applied in the area where the permitted work is performed.- Provides technical information to all operational and administrative areas of Safety, Health, and Environment issues.- Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.- Incorporate into daily work tools and principles of standardization, 5S's, TPM, Poka-yokes, and continuous improvement.PROFILE- Engineering completed in the areas of Environmental, Industrial, Chemical, Electromechanical or related.EXPERIENCE- 5- 7 years of experience in related processes
