Ensure current working conditions and investigate employees' workplaces to identify potential hazards in the way they work, the equipment used or the products and services. Ensure the updating of health and safety documentation. May organize and deliver safety training.In addition to providing basic health advice, disease prevention programs, knowledge of regulations, management of facilities in Mexico, area budgets and personnel supervision.Key responsibilities for this role include:- Comply and ensure compliance with the internal EHS Policy and the Legal EHS requirements applicable on site.- Identify environmental aspects and Health and Safety hazards and determine applicable operational controls.- Periodically review the efficiency of established operational controls.- Provide training to emergency brigades, Health and Safety Commission and employees involved in critical EHS programs.- Lead the incident investigation team.- Develop and test emergency procedures.- Ensure inspection of emergency equipment/devices.- Conduct monthly EHS inspections and Health and Safety Commission verifications.- Follow up on identified Non-Conformities, as well as findings found in EHS inspections.- Determine the Personal Protective Equipment according to the position.- Strengthen employee compliance with EHS Rules.- Ensure compliance with the activities of colleagues assigned to facilities in Mexico.- Ensure compliance with assigned Environmental activities.- Comply with the environmental, safety and health requirements set forth in the legislation and regulations, Official Mexican Standards related to our activities, as well as those EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements established by the community, our clients and others. which we subscribe to.- Management of health plans and medications for internal colleagues.- Health interviews, filling out admission history and maintaining current colleagues' records.- Administration of offices and facilities in Mexico- Responsible for Budget administration for the area.- Owner of Security plan
