**Job Location**:Central Offices (Juarez, MEX.). Presential
We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **EHS Divisional Manager**, based in **Central Offices (Juarez, MEX).**
**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**
- Implement Management Systems ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Clean Industry, C-TPAT, OEA.
- Comply with legal requirements in Environmental, Health and Safety Matters.
- Monitor to ensure the implementation and operation of the EHS Guidelines.
- Report EHS performance indicators to Operations Management.
- Support the different areas in the development of work instructions that involve EHS aspects.
- Supervise the implementation of procedures for the management of hazardous and non-hazardous materials and waste in the company.
- Provide administrative support to the plants during visits by the authorities regarding EHS (inspections and visits (IMSS, STPS, PROFEPA, Civil Protection, Local Authorities, etc.)
- Review the Accident/Incident investigation reports and monitor the follow-up of corrective actions.
- Verify the operation of the Patrimonial Security and Medical services.
- Ensure that new product changes comply with environmental and ergonomic aspects.
- Provide support in training programs.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Completed professional career.
- Strong Microsoft office skills.
- 3+ years of experience in the MASS area at Manager level in the automotive sector.
- Personnel management.
- Internal auditor in ISO 14001, CTPAT and update of legal requirements.
- Advanced English level.
