(external and internal reporting).Maintain relationships with regulatory, governmental agency personnel and Corporate EHS Department and represent the organization at external forums.Coordinate and maintain records for ongoing audits in areas of Civil Protection, MIA, LAU, FM Global, and other mandatory agencies.Develop processes, tools and training modules to help identify and minimize EHS risk; drive cost savings, educate and engage associates, and promote the company's philosophy for a safe and healthy workplace.Thorough investigation of all EHS incidents including robust, permanent countermeasures.Conduct safety audits of company facilities, make recommendations, and perform in a consulting role to maintain federal, state, and local compliance.Maintain confidential employee records and take corrective action to eliminate work-related injury / illness.Work closely with the medical team to establish and maintain Medical first responders.Guide and assist Fire Brigade team members to maintain fire containment skills and coordinate with the local fire protection agency.Coordinate and lead other necessary brigades (evacuation, rescue, first aid) and maintain compliance
