Division Overview
Hubbell Construction & Energy (HCE) focuses on products to support four business segments: Connectors, Grounding & Tooling, Gas Connectors & Accessories, Harsh & Hazardous, and Distribution.
With markets in renewable energy, lighting, transportation, data center, telecom, utility, extreme environment, gas and water distribution, power generation and oil & gas, we guarantee that our products set the standards for industry solutions.

**EHS Engineer**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the EHS programs are properly implemented at the assigned platform.
Amongst others, Lock out Tagout, Chemical Management, Fall Prevention, Confined Spaces, Electrical Safety, Machine Guarding, Mobile Equipment, cranes, hoists and lifting equipment.
Be a technical leader on the proper selection of Personal Protective Equipment.
Conduct Incident Investigations using the Cause and Effect Matrix or Five why methodology.
Manage his team to ensure proper execution of tactical aspects.- Engage with managers from other departments to ensure EHS considerations are adopted throughout the operations**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience in the EHS field of 5 years as an Engineer- English 90% conversational, and written- Understanding of Mexican STPS and US OSHA regulations and their practical implementation- Presentation skills and ability to interact and address large audiences**Education**:
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Engineering General
