In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the EHS Manger, you as a EHS Engineer, will be responsible to Collect and assess the applicable EHS laws and regulations to identify the gaps and work with related departments to fulfill the gaps through initiating projects, developing procedures and performing monitoring etc.To support the plant to ensure EHS compliance through fully implementing the critical EHS programs in response to the requests from laws/regulations, customers, corporate and internal needs. Its scope covers environmental protection, safety and health management under the direction of EHS leaders.About the Job- Maintain the EHS Management Systems of ISO14001, ISO45001 etc. to fully comply with the system requirements including organizing internal audit and management review, supporting on the update and implementation of procedure/WIs and coordinating the external audits.- Develop and maintain the critical safety and health programs implementation to achieve zero injury and foster the safety culture in plant to support business continuity, e.G., machine guarding, Lock-out/Tag-out, job safety analysis, contractor safety, confined space, incident investigation, emergency response, fire safety, occupational health etc.- Support on the environmental programs to ensure full compliance, e.G. chemical management, exhaust air treatment, wastewater treatment, soil pollution prevention, hazardous waste treatment etc.- Support on various activities in site to improve the safety awareness, such as routine Gemba walk, safety month, EHS skill training etc.- Any other tasks assigned.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About you:- Bachelor's degree or above with major in safety engineering, environmental engineering, chemistry etc.- Above 5 years' experience related to EHS in multi-national companies.- Have rich EHS practical knowledge and skill in prevention of EHS accidents in manufacturing site.- Have clear concept about government regulation for EHS requirement.- Have good skill in team work and good communication skill.
