Reporting to the Global EHS Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of EHS strategy, whilst maintaining compliance with all country, federal, state, and local regulations.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Provide leadership, guidance and direction to Region and Site EHS personnelResolve a wide scope of complex EHS situationsProvide in-depth analysis of metrics and ways to improve safety policies and programsCoach, train, and mentor all Operations Leaders including but not limited to Tooling, Parts, and OSS directors, facility leaders, field EHS professionals, and supervisors
