Our engineers develop their skills through working on diverse projects, our knowledge-sharing culture, career mentoring program and collaborating with top professionals in the industry.- We offer unique opportunities to travel and see the world while you learn, with projects around the world to take you on a career enhancing experience and adventure.**The Role**:The EHS Leader will be responsible for all efforts to improve and maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, as well as ensure compliance with local regulations and adherence to commitments made by KP.- Develop programs and policies related to health and safety by documenting procedures and risk matrices aligned with local regulations and project requirements.- Provide and/or coordinate guidance and training to all employees on health and safety requirements and instructions.- Supervise and promote the health and safety of all workers by guiding and collaborating with project managers and/or coordinators.- Monitor security alerts, location of employees in the field and / or assignment outside their city.- Lead health and safety initiatives such as ISOS, Health and Safety Committee and Emergency Commissions.- Conduct weekly field reviews to ensure compliance with Programs and Policies.- Conduct annual health and safety reviews and establish preventive measures.- Prepare program reports, documentation and analysis of incident reports and inventory of tools and personal protective equipment.- Participate and collaborate with customers on health and safety activities and deliverables.- Keep employees informed on Health and Safety issues and best practices.- BS Degree.- Bilingual in Spanish and English.- +6 years of work experience in health and safety, industrial safety procedures, work inspections, risk assessments, incident analysis and reports.- Knowledge of local health & safety regulations and ISO implementation.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.- Well organized, adaptability to respond quickly and efficiently to changes.**Work Environment**:This role is based in Zacatecas. Domestic travel is required.You will work with a great team of local and expatriate engineers and this role involves frequent interaction with other offices throughout the world.
