Ensure the certification of ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 management system through all Vishay Mexicilities. Manage the environmental, industrial, health and safety regulationctir the division. Participate in the development, planning, and implementation of environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures (chemical safety, ergonomics, illness and injury prevention, and building safety). Ensures compliance wideral/state/local regulations pertaining to environmental safety and handles agency contact. May prepare contrar properly licensed hazardous waste treatment/reuse/incinerate or if were the case disposrms and monitors waste handling. Develops and manage Confidencial programs such as compliance Confidencial, lab/plant inspection, hazardous material handling, emergency response, industrial hygiene, and life safety. Give propllowing up to corporate, insurance company and legal assessment throughout the plants. May serve as point of contar emergency personal. Ensures appropriate corrective action is taken where hazards exist. Monitors performance of IEHS programs and regulatory compliance with aderal, state and municipal regulations and handles all contact with government agencies. Give propllowing up to champions assigned by local management of IEHS projects. Coordinate all reports to be presented the government. Ensure to develop all the Health and safety studies. Responsible of the security guards through all Vishay Mexicilities. Coordinate the efforts to comply with EICC program. Coordinate the Clean Industry program (certification) through all Vishay Mexicilities. Coordinate the security guards located in the Mexicos building, Other responsibilities may include regulatory interpretation, planning, auditing, and information systems evaluation and implementation. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of tnction.2. ESSENTIAL JNCTION(S):
