**LMCA EHS Manager****Lear Corporation - Ciudad Juárez, Chih. - Headquarters**We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Environmental, Health and Safety Manager**, based in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.**As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be a high-performance team that achieves objectives and effective service through stewardship, and by leading effective implementation of the EHS Management system.**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**:- Support LMCA plants in compliance with their accident rate metrics (Lost time injury rate, Lost time severity, Total recordable injury) and legal compliance.- Implement, keep and following to the activities related with the security administration systems.- Ensure effective communication of accidents.- Detect the training need in the Health and Safety departments of the plants and carry out the trainings or ensure that they are carried out by the staff.- Support the implementation of ergonomic programs in the plants.- Evaluate and Implement CTPAT procedures in the plants to comply with the established requirements- Ensure thorough incident investigations are conducted for all significant EHS incidents. Publish EHS Alerts for incidents, and coordinate read across of relevant EHS incidents occurring at assigned Lear sites- Establish, implement, manage & sustain the EHSMS (ISO14001 & ISO45001). Guide proactive plans to identify and control risks- Ensure execution of EHS policies, providing guidance on program feasibility, and implementing EH&S corporate directives and guidelines for Lear locations within responsibility- Partner with and influence all departments, mainly Operations, ensuring their needs are supported and coordinated with EHS requirements, guidance, and best practices**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:- Bachelor's Degree in occupational safety or Environmental or associated field desired.- Bilingual English-Spanish- At least 5 years of experience working in an EHS capacity in a manufacturing environment.- Ability to interact with EHS across multiple sites and across different regions.- Availability to travel to support EHS leaders toward initiatives implementation.- Experience executing activity based on standard work and project plans, meeting deadlines, and communicating challenges and opportunities to improve.LI-EG3
