**Job Details****RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL**:Provides oversight and leadership for the environmental, health, and safety (EHS) function for the Manufacturing Operation business.Directs, supervises, and supports a team and plant-level EHS professionals in the implementation of the EHS program and processes and their integration with the new projects where required.Provides technical support on EHS matters to region and works with EHS team to develop new processes, safety training, and related materials, and to update existing processes that address internal/external needs and reduce employee injury.Ensures that the work facilities are well-maintained and functioning well.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:Improve Plant EHS performance. Tracks and measures corrective action and improvement14.Maintains current knowledge of EHS industry best practices and technological developments and equipment to remain up to date on related systems, devices and techniques designed to eliminate or minimize associated risks. Keeps current on regulatory requirements pertaining to EHS15.EHS Committee Lead16.Member of Safety observation program17.Participate in EHS or Workshops18.Involve EHS seminars or Workshops19.Together with the management committee defines and reviews the (s) security policy, health and environment.20.Together with the management committee establishes and environmental objectives and targets Safety and Health.21.Together with de management committee conducted the review of the EHS Management system.22.Ensure that the management team meets the functions defined in the EHS Management System and the guidelines or corporate initiatives.23.To provide resource essential to the proper functioning of the system Security Administration, Health, and Environment.24.Contribute to compliance (as applicable) Objectives and targets for safety, health, and environment.25.Follow-up and review procedures and instructions ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 - Management Integration System26.Encourage continuous improvement practices among employees.Attend trainings to learn about Lean & Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies as required by function and/or position.
