.**EHS, Quality and Safety Engineer (EQS)****LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU****Your Profile**- Education: MS or BS in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent- Knowledge of quality and EHS in Manufacturing industry- Experience in quality of electrical cabinets assembly, desirable- Electrical knowledge in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage- Professional experience (> 5 years) in quality management- Professional experience in EHS (> 2 years)- Experience (> 7 years) in different functions and/or organizations Strong organization and excellent time management.- Knowledge and experience in quality methods implementation, tools and techniques related- Knows and understands the relevant standards and regulations like ISO and electrical standards like IEC and UL- Strong verbal and written English communication.- Strong computer background - both productivity and industrial software. Competent in the use of electrical engineering software**Your Responsibilities**- Collaborates with the QM network and business accountable units (R&D, procurement, manufacturing, etc.) to achieve quality business goals- Provides and reviews a business- and employee centered management systems including documentation, regulations, methods and IT- tools, i.E. with high usability, lean (e.G. value stream mapping), following a risk based approach- Executes the audit program increasing transparency, effectiveness and efficiency of QM audits to create a business impact.- Drives the development of digital solutions related to quality to continuously improve process effectiveness and efficiency along the customer journey.- Implements the global quality programs within his organization and monitors the effectiveness of these programs.- Ensures that product safety activities are in line with internal and external regulations.- Manages quality specific external communication towards customers and to external authorities.- Ensures professional non-conformance (NC) management and reporting.- Creates realtime transparency for adhoc and routine analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement.- Drives quality improvement methods and improve process performance management (e.G. 8D, RCA, FMEA).- Ensures that managers and employees have a quality oriented mindset by promoting role models and sharing best practices.- Establishes non-conformance management - supports reporting of non-conformities and non-conformance cost (NCC) - drives NC root-cause analysis and initiation and implementation of measures for NC correction and prevention- Establishes a culture of ownership and of learning from mistakes initiates improvement projects using agile and lean methods.- Has detailed knowledge of requirements and maintain an appropriate quality management reporting system.
