**Your Job**As a Security Coordinator for our Global Shared Plants (GSP) division, your primary purpose is to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, effectively implementing and overseeing the Facility Security Plan at our Guadalajara location.**Our Team**Join a collaborative and dynamic team within the GSP division, where you will work closely with our EHS Coordinator and manage our security contractor relationships. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a secure and efficient environment across all plant facilities and attached warehouses.**What You Will Do- Serve as the primary liaison with Corporate Security and local authorities, ensuring seamless security operations.- Develop and implement site-specific security programs, maintaining compliance and conducting annual security self-assessments.- Lead or coordinate investigations of security incidents and ensure timely reporting through established channels.- Conduct security-related training for employees, focusing on awareness, violence prevention, and incident reporting.- Manage the relationship with on-site security contractors and participate in emergency preparedness planning and drills.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Security Systems, or a related field.- Security certification.- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing security systems in industrial plants.- Advanced proficiency in English (MCER C1).- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Internal auditor certification in ISO9001, CTPAT, OEA, ISO14001, or ISO45001.- Experience with Lean Manufacturing projects.- Proficient in budgeting and statistical data analysis.- Experience in conducting government regulatory audits and supplier audits.- Ability to train others in security-related topics.Who We AreAs a Koch company, Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, driving innovation in electronics and supporting industries from automotive to health care and consumer to data communications.
