Ensure compliance of Operational Controls.
- Ensure proper management of Wastes in all plant.
- Support of Legal Compliance Activities.
- Responsible of Emergency Brigades, providing adequate training and ensuring proper operational controls.
- Inspection of any emergency equipment ensuring proper preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Develop, implementation, review and audit any Policy, Procedure, Format and Work Instruction related to EHS.
- Evaluate new production lines, projects, or process to ensure meets all EHS requirement.
- Active participation as Internal Auditor of ISO standards.
- Active participation and support of any 3rd party audit.
- Generate KPIs reports.
- Provide training to new hires, visitors, contractors, and employees.
- Conform and conduct Health and Safety Commission walks and follow up of corrective action.
- Lead incident investigations and follow up of corrective actions.
- Legal compliance involvement and support.
- Conduct ergonomic analysis and follow up of corrective actions.
- Support Game Plan Activities.
Active participation on programs and procedures to contribute to the aim of plant objectives.
