.**Location: San Luis de la Paz, Gto.****Opportunity**ESPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate the efforts of the safety committee.Coordinate the efforts of the ergonomics committee.Participate on the incidents investigation process.Provide follow up to the implementation of the corrective actions derived of the incidents investigation process.Provide training to the associates involved on the incidents investigation process.Perform the incidents analysis.Develop the planned safety inspections.Participate on the safety inspection process.Provide follow up to the implementation of the corrective actions to eliminate/control the hazards identified through the safety inspection process.Provide training to the associates involved on the safety inspection process.Participate on the annual Corporate Compliance Inspections.Provide follow up to the completion of the annual Corporate Compliance Inspections.Perform the PPE Assessment of the job positions.Participate on the creation/review of the Job Safety Analysis (SOP/JSA).Provide training to the associates involved on the SOP/JSA process.Participate on the certification of the drivers of PIV's.Maintain up to date the log of the certified drivers of PIV's.Provide training to the associates involved on LO/TO process.Participate on the Change Analysis process.Provide follow up to the implementation of the safety/hygiene/ergonomics recommendations derived of the Change Analysis process.Conducts an ergonomics evaluation of the workstations.Coordinate the Industrial Hygiene monitoring (noise, heat stress, etc.).Maintain up to date the safety/ergonomics metrics.Carry out the safety, hygiene and ergonomics orientation for the new associates.Provide periodical refreshment training on safety, hygiene and ergonomics to all the associates.Develop the required safety, hygiene and ergonomics procedures.Promote the implementation of the corporate safety, hygiene and ergonomics requirements.Promote the compliance with the legal requirements related to safety, hygiene and ergonomics.Promote the implementation of continues improvement projects related to safety, hygiene and ergonomics.Address associates safety, hygiene and ergonomics concerns/issues as necessary.Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position (See Responsibilities chart by position).**Skills/Requirements**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION:Preference Bachelor's Degree.EXPERIENCE:Preference 4 - 7 years' work experience in the safety, hygiene and ergonomics.FORMATION:SKILLS:TraitsCritical: Cautiousness, Thoroughness, External Structure, Aggressiveness, Self-Structure, Urgency, Assertiveness, Abstract Reasoning Ability, Ego-Strength, Energy, Risk-Taking.Supporting: Ego-drive, Empathy, Gregariousness, Idea Orientation, and Sociability
