**EHS Specialist II****Job based in Laminadora Zaragoza Plant Trim Division****Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.****As a EHS Specialist II, you will be responsible for Lead and manage the EHSSS (Environmental, Sustainability, Health, Safety, Property Security) aspects of the plant, in such a way that there is always positive performance.****YOUR TASK WILL BE****Comply with legal requirements in EHSS and Sustainability****Lead compliance with Lear's EHSSS initiatives, guidelines, and protocols****Comply with CTPAT and manage the property security system, including CCTV****Monitor and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Clean Industry certifications****Coordinate EHSS risk assessment and lead incident and accident investigations****Lead Ergonomics projects****TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**Degree completed in Engineering (preferably industrial, environmental, safety, or similar)English middle levelExperience in ISO 14001 and 4500 SystemsExpert (minimum 3 years) in EHSS legal requirements, CTPAT, work risk prevention, personnel management (a team) and have leadership and communication skills.
