Plan and coordinate EHS compliance and improvement activities through cross- functional teams, including reduction of energy, water, waste and pollution, ergonomics and safety- 2.

Develop, write, and implement local policies, procedures, and programs to achieve and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- 4.
Audit EHS programs and systems (including records) in order to maintain and demonstrate regulatory compliance as well as comply with division policies and procedures.- 5.
Work with the local management in the preparation and submittal of request for environmental permits relating to air quality, solid, wastes, water quality, and transportation of hazardous material and waste, maintain records necessary to comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit reports to document compliance activities.- 6.
Use division-training material to prepare for facility specific situations, identify other training materials, prepare training outlines and define training requirements for facility EHS activities, conduct specific training for employees.
Assist in the development of procedural instructions and train operating personnel on proper maintenance of EHS records, documents, and reports.- 7.
Identify and develop good working relationships with state and local authorities in Mexico (i.E., state/local environmental and safety agencies, wastewater authorities, fire departments, etc.
)- 8. maintain working knowledge of Mexico federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations and identify all requirements that apply, or may apply, to the facility- 9.
Participate in accidents investigations, overseeing reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
**Qualifications**:**Education**- Profesionista / Bachelor Degree Quimica, Industrial- 3-5years of prior experience in similar role- Proactive ,Analitycal ,Outspoken ,Responsible,Effective Communication ,Leadership ,Work under pressure ,Group Management- Ingles/English: 80%- Office Windows: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
