**Responsibilities**:- Manage the construction of prefabricated homes in our new 3000-square-meter factory.- Oversee a team of skilled workers to ensure that all work is completed to our high standards.- Train new skilled and unskilled workers- Evaluate the performance of employees involved in the production process- Collaborate with our design, engineering and management teams to help improve our homes and the way we build them.
**Requirements**:- At least ten years of experience in the construction industry, with a significant portion of that experience in building, maintaining or remodeling stick-framed homes, ideally in the US- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects and/or construction personnel- Deep experience in all areas of home construction (framing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.
