We specialize in providing our clients with international supply chain services from major ports in China, such as Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, and Xiamen.
Mediterranean, European, and Mexican routes are the traditional dominant routes for Panlong International.
In addition to the traditional advantages of class and freight, Panlong is committed to providing clients with a range of supply chain logistics services, including space reservation, warehousing, door-to-door trucking, cargo declaration, customs clearance at the destination port, tax declaration, goods distribution, and more.
Currently, our service capacity is continuously expanding across North America, South America, Southeast Asia, as well as India and Pakistan, and our vision of growing with our clients is gradually being realized.
**CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE**

Customer Service Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for contacting customers regarding billing issues, product problems, service inquiries, and general customer concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive relationship with each caller.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call and/or contact.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Impact company results by resolving issues and turning frustrated customers into loyal customers.
Customer Service Qualifications and Skills:
Must be 24 years of age or older.
A completed Bachelor's degree is required (an Associate's degree in a business-related field is preferred).
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish).
SALARY: To be negotiated.
SCHEDULE: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
