The Business Development Officer is in charge of attracting, maintaining, retaining, and growing the relationship with SME clients in their portfolio, offering high-value service and advising on segment products. They serve a consolidated client portfolio.


Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with sales goals defined by the franchise, including portfolio growth, cross-selling, attracting new customers, and retaining current customers.Link existing clients by detecting needs to enhance the Customer-Bank relationship.Provide comprehensive advice to SME clients to address all company needs, positioning the bank as the primary option for all products.Efficiently execute campaigns and strategies defined by the franchise to boost sales growth.Implement action plans agreed with the Area Coordinator to meet sales targets.Effectively communicate deviations and action plans with immediate supervisors.Adhere to controls and regulations set by the institution.Visit clients to identify improvement opportunities and develop plans aligned with customer expectations, ensuring NPS indexes defined by the franchise.Influence the design of action plans with the Coordinator to achieve NPS goals.Timely identification of service improvements and escalation to the Coordinator.Ensure exceptional client experience by fulfilling client needs, measured by specific metrics.Assess risk in business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations.Qualifications: Previous experience in selling financial products.Knowledge of financial products, especially credit to companies, and sales techniques.Excellent communication skills and objection management to drive effective sales.Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
