**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree Import/Export Management / International Trade Operations
Bilingual, ability to write and speak English fluently
At least 1 year experience in Maritime / Airfreight Export
Knowledge and experience of import/export activities to ensure compliance in accordance with legal regulations and internal corporate guidelines.
Ability to work as a team to achieve desired goals
Strong communication skills at all levels and able to present information on a professional level
Multifunctional, focused on problem solving and strong ability to organize
Excellent communication skills
MS office skills
German Language skills helpful
AS 400 experience helpful
Ability to demonstrate deductive logic, problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Self managing and pro-active
Detail oriented
**Major Responsibilities**
Daily management of EgeTrans export business - Creative traffic coordination in accordance with customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, road weight restrictions and CTPAT guidelines - Communicate with Freight forwarders, Carriers, Customs Brokers & Warehouses - Process vendor invoices verifying accuracy and assign cost to appropriate cost center, resolve problem freight bills - Negotiate with vendors to optimize ET profitability - Monitor proper filing and updating of all Dept.
records, tariffs, manuals, contracts etc.
- Provide excellent customer service - Ongoing technical growth through trade seminars, coaching and other resources.
- Cross training and education of company-wide business
