**Telemarketing sales assistant**
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Telemarketing assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to various initiatives. As a Telemarketing Assistant, you will work closely with senior members of the team to assist in the implementation of sales strategies, campaigns, and projects across various channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database
- Introduce our products/services to potential clients and explain their benefits
- Build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced spoken English is mandatory.
