**_Sales Executive_**Objective:Find and follow up on new sales opportunities, negotiate and close deals, purchase orders, customer contracts; provide excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction, using resources for efficient decision-making to ensure that business objectives are met in amount, time and form with what is established as well as working with control tools that allow adapt the efforts of the commercial area.Functions and responsibilities:- Actively search for new sales opportunities through cold calls, prospecting, visits to clients, growth of existing accounts and closing quotes through Purchase Orders or Customer Commercial Contracts.- Grow key accounts through the company's business strategy.- Attention to key accounts, generate quotes and monitor the process of ordering products and services.- Establish meetings with potential clients, listen to their concerns and requirements to communicate effectively with the organization to plan the strategy of the following to be carried out.- Prepare and present adequate commercial information about products and services.- Manage and document the follow-up of each of the recurring sales as well as the new sales for the company through the systems (CRM) and company documents.- Negotiate/close agreements and manage complaints and/or suggestions.- Collaborate with team members for better results.- Achieve and exceed the sales target set by the company.Skills and CompetenciesEase of speech, decision making, analytical understanding, problem solving and teamwork.Leadership, high level of drive, empathy, customer service oriented, negotiator, proactive, analytical, responsible and self-confident.1-year minimum experience- ADVANCED English language essential_**We offer**- Base salary 15,000 net + Unlimited Commissions of up to 100,000 pesos.- Legal benefits- Excellent work environment- Hours Monday to Friday 8:00-6:00pmTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Experiência:- Ventas: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
