About the Position:**

Become an Energy Expert at Bright! Drive the solar revolution in Mexico by guiding customers through the benefits of solar energy. Work closely with our Sales team to align with our goals and make a real impact in transforming energy efficiency and sustainability. Tareas Responsibilities: Engage: Communicate solar benefits to potential customers. Convert: Obtain referrals and manage solar installation documents. Promote: Spread Bright's mission and innovate within the company. Key Results: Trial Period: Approve 7+projects in the first 3 months. Post-Trial: Maintain performance with 6 approvals per month. Conversion Rate: Achieve a rate above 12% over 90 days. Requisitos We're Looking For: Experience: 1-5 Years. Proactive & Entrepreneurial: Thrives in startup culture, loves innovation.
