Más Vale Saber is looking for an Account Executive to work 100% from home and be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
Duties will include making cold calls, reaching out to inbound leads, qualifying, setting appointments, presenting demos, and closing deals.
You will have massive amounts of support including personal and group coaching designed to prepare you to close deals over the phone to earn uncapped additional income, access to technology, tools, and automation created to get rid of the mundane, repetitive tasks that bog down most salespeople, and professional development to set you up for leadership opportunities including managing your own sales team.

**Performance Objectives**:
- Make 100 outbound calls daily minimum to maximize sales opportunities and identify areas of opportunities.
- Schedule demos to close deals.
- Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.

- Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using Hubspot CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources.
- Follow applicable scripts, processes, and procedures.
- Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions.
- Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles, measure self against standard of excellence.
- Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; set goals and objectives.

**Education & Experience**:
- 1-2 years' work experience in sales.
- Marketing background preferred.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Calendars, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HubSpot, Asana, and Zoom preferred.
