**SALES EXCUTIVE**
**Duties & Key Responsibilities**
- Acting as a point contact between Tour Operators, Travel Agent, Local DMC.
- Meeting with clients in virtual calls or during hotel tour site visits.
- Webinars presenting GBLC.
- Follow up: Travel Agent commission. Marketing invoices, general department paperwork.
- Maintaining accurate records and sales report of key accounts.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings. When need it.
- Reviewing sales performance by account and keep track of deadlines, elaborate special offers format.
- Advising product manager on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Weekly price shop
- Property site inspections.
- Follow up on VIP's luxury account as The Hotel Collection, Preferred, Virtuoso, Travel Advisor, etc.

- High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to flourish in a competitive industry.
- A great sense of self-motivation, and determination.
- Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team.
- Good self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent presentation
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written ENG 80%- SPANISH.
- Commercial awareness
- Numerical skills. (Excel,Word, PP)
- Experience in public speaking, negotiation, CRM.
