Your main responsibilities: Conduct regular online and offline meetings, ensuring effective presentation of our services to potential and existing clients, addressing client needs, and handling objections professionally.
Present proposals and close accounts effectively according to the established KPIs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in ocean or ground freight sectors.
Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Achievement of monthly KPIs (defined) Requirements: Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
Advanced English.
Professional Experience: 2 - 4 years of proven experience as an Account Executive (Ocean, Ground, or Air Freight).
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in this industry.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the ocean or ground freight industry, including industry trends, regulations, and key players.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective client and colleague engagement.
Compensation: Competitive salary.

Monthly bonus.
Commissions  We offer: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:50 am to 5:00 pm (1 hr for lunch).
