As a Hardware Executive, you will ensure the design and fulfillment of the commercial plan through the leadership of your team and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with key customers.
You will report to the Director of Channels for Architectural Coatings Latin America structure.
This position is located in #LI-onsite in Valle de México
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will manage 2-3 promoters and sales consultants in the hardware industry.
- You will ensure the design and fulfillment of the commercial plan through leadership and with important customers.
- You will oversee sales activities, customer service and financial resource management.
- You will analyze information and make strategic decisions.
- You will develop business strategies.
**Qualifications**
- +3 years of experience in similar positions (preferably in the hardware channel).
- +2 years of experience with Excel Macros, Microsoft Office (intermediate level: pivot tables, formulas, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations).
- Bachelor's degree
