Accelerate growth & improve Colgate´s shopper experience online.
**Responsibilites**Responsible for negotiating, achieving sales objectives, customer P&L and building annual Joint Business Plans.- Define and deploy PP strategies for specific customers including Power Portfolio, prioritize enhanced content and visibility aligned with eRetail Marketing, eContent, eAnalytics and Marketing teams.- Implement strategies and plans with customers through the execution of eCommerce framework.- Ensure the right position of our products online.- Measure performance of eCommerce through different KPI's (internal / external), including digital shelf.- Ensure digital media communication with our customers with strong collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.- Lead customer engagement & negotiation.- Track Visibility on eCommerce and develop action plans to improve performance.- Ensure that eCommerce sites are populated with accurate information provided.
Identify opportunities to improve experience.- Budget definition and manage presentations to Division, MTeam and Customers Communication of results.
Generate insight of online & offline shopping behavior- Strong communication and collaboration among different areas such as eRetail Marketing, eContent, eAnalytics, Marketing, Digital Media, Finance, CS&L with local, division and Global teams.
