A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.**About the role**:As an Onboarding specialist, you will play a key role attending the LATAM region, ensuring the administration that underpins all the Onboarding process for new hires in the region ensuring is completed accurately leading 6 team members.**Key responsibilities**:- Ensure the continued quality & integrity of data by performing regular data audits and reconciliations- Provide guidance & support provision of training to end-users and key stakeholders on HR data related policies and processes- Continuously improve ways of working looking for opportunities to remove manual data input and/or extracts- Provide analysis of content usage and end-user feedback- Engage with the relevant content owners to flag and facilitate resolution of content related issues- Maintaining employees' information on MySuccess and associated HR systems ensuring it is up to date,accurate and complies with GDPR, legal compliance and Kerry standards.- Ensuring SLAs are met and attending scalations.- Efficient reporting and analytical skills to work proactively to run reports to provide HR insights to the business.**Qualifications and skills**:- Highly organized, with a demonstrated attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high quality work trough his/her team.- Proven ability to work with large data sets effectively and efficiently, as well as interpret and synthesize large volumes of data with clarity in a concise and well-presented format- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, process oriented- Experience of working in a multi-national, multi-lingual and culturally diverse environment, both locally and remotely serviced- Customer focus- Portuguese & English advanced
