Planning and balancing tasks and resource distribution.- Request for components and materials from the warehouse for the assembly of electrical equipment- Accounting and ordering the supplies necessary for the confident functioning of the assembly area.- Accounting for the tool, conducting an inventory, and selecting and ordering new ones if necessary.- Organization of the workplace of technicians, the introduction of lean production practices (provision of training as necessary).- Improving the electrical workshop and labor efficiency by optimizing working operations and introducing modern labor ganization practices.- Continuous self-learning and training of technicians about modern electrical assembly methods. Solving current problems in the assembly area.**What's Required**:**Education and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred, but not always required.- Previous experience in an electrical assembly or manufacturing environment is required.- Strong knowledge of electrical assembly techniques and practices is required.
