Electrical Assembly Supervisor

_**Education and experience**:_- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred, but not always required.- Previous experience in an electrical assembly or manufacturing environment is required.- Strong knowledge of electrical assembly techniques and practices is required.- Knowledge of electrical schematics and blueprints is required.- Experience in supervising a team is preferred.- **Skills and Abilities**:_- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.- Strong leadership and management skills.- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, and clients.- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy.- Continuous training and mentoring of team members.- The ability to structure your work, conduct medium-term planning and allocate resources.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as required.- Proficiency with relevant computer software, such as Microsoft Office and CAD systems.- Knowledge (or willingness to study) relevant industry standards and regulations (NOM-001, NOM-003, NMX-J-515, etc.
).- Knowledge and adherence to electrical safety protocols and procedures.
**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
