Electrical Assembly Technician

Mighty Buildings is a construction technology company with offices in Oakland, and Monterrey.We are disrupting the construction industry by creating beautiful, sustainable, and high-quality homes using 3D printing, advanced materials, and robotics automation.We've raised Series B funding and are backed by top investors like Khosla Ventures, Zeno Ventures, and Y-Combinator.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Assembly of Industrial Control Panels for the construction 3d printers- Support warehouse team with inventory requests of components- Assembly and troubleshooting reports**What's Required**:**Education and Experience**:- High school diploma or equivalent is required.- Professional education in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.- Previous experience in electrical assembly, particularly in assembling electrical cabinets for control systems, is required.**Skills and Abilities**:- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, and schematics.- Good knowledge of electrical systems and components.- Ability to use hand tools, electrical tools, and other specialized equipment to assemble electrical components and cabinets.- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy.- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.- Hand soldering experience is required.- Knowledge and adherence to electrical safety protocols and procedures.**Other Requirements**:- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations would be preferred.- Understanding of quality control principles and practices.- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as required.- Readiness for field work (periodically) on the installation of electrical equipment on the other sites- Language: English A1 (elementary) is required.
